SOS improvements

The last days the Smalltalk Object Store has made good improvements towards stability and flexibility. The system now relies on the CslRuntimeEnvironment and the new CslConfiguration. Also the file handling has been refactored. The directory and file structure is now better to manage, the needed directories are created on demand. The background write process is now a one shot process started after a commit and only if it is not allready running. So less resources are consumed.

The next step will be integration of the lock file and some final tests. After that the beta testing can start. So if you're interested just send a mail to mue@tideland.biz.
